Welcome to the forums! I'm a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and SOT in Ohio. I do background checks on all firearms! No exceptions. If you are out of the state of Ohio, the firearm will be shipped to your local FFL of your choosing. They will be verified via https://fflezcheck.atf.gov/fflezcheck/ and shipped to the address on file. No exception.
